YAJU Furniture
Furniture Specification & Quality Review
A clear specification is the starting point for a useful quality review. The checkpoints below help you define requirements with YAJU before an order is confirmed. The agreed order documents determine the actual inspection scope.
1. Define the product
Record the model, dimensions and units, materials, finish reference, colours, hardware, configuration and quantity. For mixed furniture schedules, identify each item separately.
2. Review samples and drawings
Discuss whether material swatches, drawings, a product sample or a pre-production review are needed. Identify who approves each item and which version is approved.
3. Agree inspection checkpoints
Specify the checks required for appearance, dimensions, assembly, function and packing. If third-party inspection is requested, agree its scope and timing in advance.
4. Match packing to the shipment
Confirm assembly format, carton protection, labels, quantities per carton and destination requirements. Container planning requires the final packed dimensions and weights.
Testing and compliance
Requirements vary by product and destination. Tell us which standard or report your purchase requires. Applicability must be confirmed for the exact model and configuration; a general catalogue is not a test certificate.
